WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT VISA PRICES ?

We are giving options to our clients according to their duration of stay in Dubai. It would help the client stay longer, but pay less for the visa fee.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING OF THE VISA?

Routinely, processing takes 2-4 working days. Other times, visa processing takes longer if the UAE Immigration Office requires further documents to support the visa application. Immigration Office is closed on Friday, Saturday and other Public Holidays,

CAN YOU GET ME URGENT UAE VISA?

No. UAE Immigration Office has no urgent visa processing mechanisms for now.

WHY WAS MY VISA APPLICATION REJECTED?

Unfortunately, the UAE authorities do not give reasons for rejecting visa applications, so we cannot provide specific reasons why your application was unsuccessful. But for your guidance, we have listed information including some basic reasons why Dubai Visa is rejected.

ONCE I AM ISSUED A VISA, CAN I TRAVEL BY ANY AIRLINE?

Yes, you can. We recommend that you arrive and depart through Dubai Airport for smooth entry and exit.

DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT FOR STAMPING BEFORE I TRAVEL?

No need. Dubai Tourist Visas are electronic visas. Just print it and you are ready to go.

I DON’T HAVE A SCANNER, I CAN ONLY PROVIDE DOCUMENTS TAKEN FROM MOBILE, IS IT ACCEPTABLE?

No. Quality resolution of documents is required since you are applying for a visa to another country, UAE. Application can get rejected just because of improper documentation. All documents should be colored and clear copies.

MY PASSPORT IS EXPIRING SOON – CAN I STILL APPLY FOR UAE VISA?

Your passport should be valid at least 6 months during your arrival and departure in Dubai. If your passport is less than 6 months, you will need to renew it before applying a UAE Visa.

DO CHILDREN OR INFANTS NEED A VISA?

Yes. All passengers, including children and infants must have a visa to enter the Dubai.

MY CHILD IS TRAVELLING WITH ME. HIS/HER DETAILS ARE ATTACHED ON MY PASSPORT? WHAT SHALL I DO?

You need to provide a scan copy of the page of your passport with your personal information, along with the page on your passport that contains the child’s details. Send together with birth certificate (if 18 years old and below) and recent 2×2 or passport size photo.

I WAS ON EMPLOYMENT VISA PREVIOUSLY, AND I WANT TO APPLY FOR TOURIST VISA, IS IT POSSIBLE?

Yes, it is possible. But we have to check the profession on your previous employment visa as it will affect your new Dubai Tourist Visa application. Low profession will encourage rejection. But, if you are willing to take the risk, then we can initiate an application for you, after paying all the application charges.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR NEW TOURIST VISA WHILE I AM STILL IN DUBAI?

No. You should go out/exit Dubai first, before we can make a new application for you.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT OUTSIDE OF DUBAI TO PROCESS ANOTHER TOURIST VISA?

We can process your new Visa 24 hours after you have left Dubai. Make sure to send us your last exit stamp on your passport from the UAE Immigration. You need to wait outside of UAE, 2-4 working days (excluding Friday and Saturday, or Public Holidays).

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO PROVIDE A GUARANTOR OR PAY A GUARANTEE/SECURITY DEPOSIT?

This is just an assurance that you won’t be overstaying in Dubai. This security deposit is refundable after your exit from Dubai and your name has been cleared from the UAE Immigration system.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ME IF I OVERSTAY?

Aside paying a hefty overstay penalty, an absconding case will also be filed against you and you may not be able to apply for UAE Visa in the future.

I APPLIED FOR A UAE TOURIST VISA FROM ANOTHER TRAVEL AGENCY, AND IT’S BEEN A WEEK NOW, BUT THERE IS NO APPROVAL YET. CAN I MAKE AN APPLICATION THROUGH SAMAP TRAVELS?

No. It will create double application and we cannot get an approval if you have a pending application from another company.

CAN A CHILD OF 18 YEARS OLD OR BELOW GET VISA APPROVAL?

No. The child must travel with either the father or mother to UAE. A child travelling alone cannot visa approval.
